A local construction supply business is seeking a customer service professional who will be engaged in learning about their products/services and thoroughly explain them to customers.
This role has a guaranteed monthly draw with unlimited earning potential and various bonus opportunities!
Hours
Full-time, 8:30am-5:30pm (Weekends and holidays as needed)Location
Sand Island, Honolulu, OahuResponsibilities
- Educate and offer design choices for potential home remodel clients.
- Obtain space measurements to assure accurate product orders and a smooth installation of the complete remodel experience.
- Assist with store management, supervision, and policy implementation.
- Take payments, process returns, and answer any questions customers may have.
- Print and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Monitor catalogs, brochures, warranties and coupons.
- Maintain the showroom.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, administrative assistance/office, or sales is preferred.
- Available during weekends and holidays.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.).
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
