A firm in Downtown Honolulu is seeking a full-time Licensed Architect to join their team. This role will collaboratively work on small to large residential and commercial architectural projects.

The ideal candidate will be a licensed architect with experience working on large projects and proficiency in Revit.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with architects, designers, general contractors, and internal project team on a variety of residential and commercial projects.
Meet with clients to determine project objectives and requirements.
Develop renderings and visual presentations in Revit.
Produce budget proposals, product specifications, and final pricing.
Perform initial site inspections and visit worksites to ensure that construction adheres to architectural plans.
Identify and troubleshoot issues that may arise.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Must be licensed.
Previous experience in architectural construction drafting.
Proficiency with Revit, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
