A local company is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Project Analyst for a one-year contract position. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and monitoring project orders, providing monthly cost assessments, and serving as the focal point for all project-related matters. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders.

Full-time, Monday-Friday from 7:30am-4pm

Pay

$77 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Create and monitor project orders.
  • Provide monthly assessments of costs.
  • Serve as the focal point for all project-related matters.
  • Create requisitions, monitor purchase orders, and create service entry sheets.
  • Facilitate, review, and approve invoices for legal consultants.
  • Create and submit accruals and journal entries.
  • Analyze capital expenditures and provide variance explanations for meetings.
  • Assist project manager in developing customer contracts.
  • Create non-commodity billing for customer payments.
  • Process and track payments, following up with customers as needed.
  • Close out purchase orders and work collaboratively with stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a project analyst.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented
