Warehouse Coordinator

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to play a pivotal role in our client's daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations and inventory management, with a focus on ensuring efficient and accurate handling of goods. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments to meet operational goals.

Hours

Full-time, Monday-Friday, Varying shift times, 40 hours per week

Location

Kailua-Kona, Big Island

Pay

$29 an hour

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch of goods.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels; perform regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
• Ensure all inbound and outbound shipments are properly documented and tracked.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with safety regulations.
• Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and customer care teams to align on order requirements and deadlines.
• Oversee and support warehouse staff, including scheduling, task delegation, and training.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (if certified), ensuring proper handling of materials.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and assist with the implementation of best practices.
• This position may require occasional day travel to Maui, Oahu, Hilo, and Kauai.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of warehouse experience required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Computer proficiency.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Forklift certification.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs and be on your feet for the majority of the day.
• Pre-employment State and Federal Background check required.
