A local kama'aina company is looking for a Web Support Specialist to join their team at their Honolulu office. In this role, you will educate, empower, and encourage clients to organize and manage personnel and employment records through technology.

$23 to $24 an hourResponsibilities
- Provide internal and external customer service support and technical resolution for the web portal via email, phone, and/or other electronic medium.
- Answer phone calls for the web team.
- Process and maintain service requests.
- Follow up on incomplete support tickets.
- Maintain all bulletins, forms, and announcements to web portal.
- Maintain payroll operations of demo accounts to keep data current.
- Process new hire timesheets activations.
- Verify accuracy of online invoices.
- Organize, schedule, coordinate, and confirm training and/or demo sessions for Web Support Specialist.
- Assist with registration and login support requests from calls and emails.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or one-to-two-years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Previous experience with HR Pyramid, SalesForce, and Televantage is a plus (on the job training will be provided).
- Intermediate skills with Windows, Microsoft Office, and mobile device operating systems (Android/IOS).
- Knowledge of the internet (search engines, cookies, popup blockers).
- Strong customer service and communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills. Must be comfortable talking with people face to face and conducting presentations.
- Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to learn, understand and communicate new concepts.
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardizations exist.
