Field Operations Support (Temporary)

Our client is seeking a temporary Field Operations Support individual for a short-term opportunity to assist with overflow support for a public infrastructure initiative. This role includes conducting site visits, capturing field data using a mobile device, and reviewing entries for accuracy in an office setting.

This is a temporary position and will last from mid-June through mid-August.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and able to navigate both fieldwork and basic digital systems.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 6:30am-3:30pm

Location

Kalihi, Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$22 an hour

Responsibilities

• Visit assigned field locations and collect site-specific details.
• Log field information using tablet-based applications.
• Review and verify collected data using desktop systems.
• Collaborate with assigned team leads to ensure timelines are met.
• Observe safety and field protocol during all activities.
• Organize digital records and support daily progress documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must have a valid driver's license and personal vehicle.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Comfortable working outside for field-related duties.
• Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
