This role is responsible for directing daily site activities, ensuring timelines are met, enforcing safety and quality standards, and coordinating subcontractors and site staff.

- Lead the site team in planning, coordinating, and executing construction work according to project scope and specifications.
- Conduct kickoff and preconstruction meetings to align subcontractors and internal teams.
- Oversee project timelines, maintaining daily and weekly schedules and communicating updates to stakeholders.
- Monitor jobsite safety and ensure strict adherence to protocols and OSHA standards.
- Participate in project meetings, provide progress updates, and maintain daily field logs.
- Review scopes of work and assist with sequencing to support timely delivery.
- Manage site documentation, including quality control procedures and closeout requirements.
- Support the performance and development of assistant superintendents and field staff.
- Work with leadership to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Ensure a positive, accountable, and team-driven site culture.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience managing field operations for commercial construction projects.
- Proven ability to lead large site teams and multiple direct reports.
- Proficiency with construction software and digital field reporting tools.
- Knowledge of safety compliance, quality procedures, and construction practices.
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
