Senior Project Scheduler (Primavera)

This role is essential in coordinating with field teams and stakeholders to maintain accurate timelines, provide regular updates, and support schedule compliance.

Pay

$150,000 a year, plus 25% yearly bonus, guaranteed and $800 car allowance

Responsibilities

• Track project milestones and ensure timeline updates reflect actual construction progress.
• Adjust and maintain working schedules based on field activity and new developments.
• Integrate workforce or budget data into schedule management systems.
• Ensure scheduling practices are in line with company standards and project requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to assess delays and adjust deliverables.
• Read and interpret technical documents, including contracts and specifications.
• Communicate scheduling concerns and updates clearly across departments.
• Participate in site visits as needed to validate progress and coordinate updates.
• Contribute to other project-related tasks as needed to support team objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of scheduling experience on mid to large-scale construction projects.
• Proficient in using project scheduling software, especially Primavera P6.
• Flexibility to travel to project locations as needed.
• Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
