$20 an hourResponsibilities
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Support the sales team by assisting with order processing and customer follow-ups.
- Ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery to meet customer expectations.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a distribution or warehouse setting is preferred.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software for order processing and inventory management.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
