A Local Kama'aina company is seeking a full-time Payroll Coordinator. As a Payroll Coordinator, you will be tasked with assisting the payroll department in maintaining tight deadlines for packaging payroll for a variety of clients. Candidates for this position should be able to work in a dynamic work environment.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:30pmLocation

$21 to $23 an hourResponsibilities
- Stuff paychecks into payroll envelopes.
- Assist with answering intercom calls and handling requests.
- Sort and deliver department mail to appropriate staff.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Ability to adjust to abrupt changes in priorities and schedules.
- Basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers and decimals).
