Our client is seeking an experienced graphic and marketing professional to join their team to assist with coordinating email campaigns, identifying marketing trends and strategies and editing content before publication. This position will join the team on a 6-month contract that is ongoing. Job training will be held in person. After being fully trained, the schedule will be 3 days in office (downtown) and 2 days remotely.

Qualified candidates will have their bachelor's degree in marketing or 2+ years of related experience, previous experience using Adobe Photoshop and InDesign software, and be knowledgeable with basic HTML and SEO/SEM.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday (3 days in office, 2 days remotely)

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute all email campaigns.
  • Provide graphic design services, which include and are not limited to developing company print advertising, employee communications tools and a wide array of communications tools for executives, other employees and customers, including development of PowerPoint presentations and other graphic design projects, with minimal guidance.
  • Provide photography services to support company communication needs as necessary.
  • Assists in creation and send of emails to Key Leaders and other distribution lists on an ad hoc basis.
  • Participate in planning, execution and testing of major online communications projects that involve integration to social media and company websites
  • Oversee maintenance of monthly online reporting metrics through Google Analytics and apply learnings to suggest and implement improvements for online user experience to benefit external customers.
  • Monitor and post onto Social Media sites as needed
  • Identify trends and email marketing strategies.
  • Design, edit and proofread content before publication.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing/creative marketing or 2+ years of related experience.
  • Previous experience using Photoshop and InDesign required.
  • Knowledge of basic HTML.
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and attention to detail skills.
  • Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
