A warehouse near the Honolulu airport is looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, assisting customers, and organizing parts and documents.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:30pm

$18 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls and relay messages.
  • Answer customer questions.
  • Create orders and bill customers.
  • Organize parts and documents.
  • File and sort paperwork.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working with basic office equipment (printer, phones, copier, etc.).
  • Reliable, hardworking, dependable.
