A warehouse near the Honolulu airport is looking for a Warehouse Assistant to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, assisting customers, and organizing parts and documents.

- Answer phone calls and relay messages.
- Answer customer questions.
- Create orders and bill customers.
- Organize parts and documents.
- File and sort paperwork.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working with basic office equipment (printer, phones, copier, etc.).
- Reliable, hardworking, dependable.
