$17 to $22.50 an hourResponsibilities
- Manage executives' calendars, schedule meetings across various time zones, and prioritize urgent engagements.
- Handle high volumes of communication, draft emails, and filter important information for the executives.
- Organize and coordinate events, meetings, and vendor engagements, managing logistics, agendas, and follow-up actions.
- Prepare polished reports, presentations, and documents tailored for executive teams.
- Proactively address potential scheduling conflicts and operational issues before they arise.
- Monitor and support budgeting, procurement, and financial reporting processes for executives.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, building strong relationships with team members, leaders, and vendors.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive organizational and personnel information.
- Adapt to rapidly changing priorities and assist executives in managing their dynamic schedules.
- Provide assistance to department leaders with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative role supporting senior executives (a bachelor’s degree may substitute for 2 years of work experience).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Strong organizational, time management, problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential information with the highest level of professionalism.
- Ability to pass pre-employment state and federal background check and drug test.
