A reputable insurance company is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist their busy office. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with their insurance needs, addressing inquiries, processing claims, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have their associate's degree and 1 year of general and/or customer service experience.

$20 an hourResponsibilities
- Provide information about insurance policies, coverage options, and premiums.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- Assist clients in selecting, updating, or modifying their policies.
- Explain policy terms, conditions, and benefits in a clear and professional manner.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must have an associate's degree.
- Minimum 1 year of general office and/or customer service experience.
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to type 35+ wpm.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
