- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and vendors.
- Schedule meetings and maintain calendars.
- Handle timesheet management.
- Maintain filing systems and databases.
- Coordinate travel arrangements as needed.
- Support team members with various tasks and special projects as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the engineering or technical field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently.
