A popular local company is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time position in Hilo. In this role, you will provide great customer service to guests, facilitate customer checkout, and assist with stocking items on the sales floor.

$16 an hourResponsibilities
- Provide great customer service to guests.
- Maintain knowledge of all company products.
- Facilitate customer checkout.
- Resolve customer requests and concerns in a professional manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness of the retail sales area, back stock room, and storage.
- Assist with stocking, rotating stock, replenishing, and straightening merchandise displays.
- Assist customers with telephone orders.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service skills preferred.
- Flexibility to work weekends and/or holidays.
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and maintain self-control.
- Current TB clearance.
- Ability to pass pre-employment state and federal background check and drug test.
