Our client is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to help with the day-to-day duties of their busy office. In this role, you will schedule appointments, process service requests, compose correspondences, and run occasional errands.

- Answer phone calls to schedule appointments with clients and business partners.
- Greet financial clients and business partners.
- Process service requests for client and representatives under client's supervision.
- Compose correspondence, including memos, fax covers, and cover letters.
- Maintain client files.
- Package and ship documents.
- Manage office inventory and equipment.
- Run occasional errands, mostly within walking distance.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet explorer).
- Familiarity with multi-line telephone system and printer.
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
- Self-motivated, confident, quick learner.
