Our client is seeking a part-time Administrative Assistant to help with the day-to-day duties of their busy office. In this role, you will schedule appointments, process service requests, compose correspondences, and run occasional errands.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phone calls to schedule appointments with clients and business partners.
  • Greet financial clients and business partners.
  • Process service requests for client and representatives under client's supervision.
  • Compose correspondence, including memos, fax covers, and cover letters.
  • Maintain client files.
  • Package and ship documents.
  • Manage office inventory and equipment.
  • Run occasional errands, mostly within walking distance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service experience. 
  • Proficient in Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet explorer).
  • Familiarity with multi-line telephone system and printer.
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
  • Self-motivated, confident, quick learner.
