A local restaurant in Kona is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager who can elevate their client's guest experience, ensure team member satisfaction, and uphold financial responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in restaurant and bar management and previous experience with POS operations.

Full-time, Varying AM & PM shifts, weekdays & weekends

Pay

$70,000 to $80,000 a year

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant and bar management.
• Experience in conducting and supervising inventory cycles, POS operations, team scheduling, and business forecasting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Dropbox, and restaurant programs such as Toast POS, MarketMan, and 7Shifts.
• Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
• Understanding of full-service restaurant operations and training experience.
• Knowledge of current food and beverage trends and best practices.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
