$20 to $23 an hourResponsibilities
- Answer phone calls and relay messages.
- Take and process orders.
- Follow up with customers' orders and provide updates.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Must possess basic math skills.
- Must be highly motivated with strong initiative and follow-though.
