Talent Acquisition Specialist

A health facility is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. This role is integral to the mission recruiting and retaining a talented workforce that upholds their commitment to excellence in patient care. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to work independently, coupled with exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude. This is a temporary opportunity with the intention to become permanent.

Hours

Full-time, Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm

Pay

$25 an hour

Responsibilities

• Recruit and retain a high-quality workforce to meet the needs of our healthcare organization.
• Support the front desk by providing exemplary customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Collaborate with department managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and provide recommendations for hiring.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and applicant data.
• Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree and/or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• A minimum of one year of office experience.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
