$16.50 an hourResponsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients and visitors.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with walk-in clients and over the phone.
- Assist walk-in clients with inquiries and direct them appropriately.
- Schedule and manage client appointments efficiently.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages when necessary.
- Assist clients with their questions and provide accurate information.
- Support the coordination and execution of events.
- Maintain and update the company directory regularly.
- Assist with the coordination of the shuttle program.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous administrative experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
