Mililani dental clinic is seeking a customer service professional to join their team as an Administrative Assistant. In this full-time role, you will be scheduling appointments, collecting payments, maintaining patient records, and educating patients on the benefits of maintaining oral health. Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments.
  • Follow up on calls and emails.
  • Coordinate referrals to specialists.
  • Collect payments.
  • Maintain patient records (i.e., x-rays, periochart, and other documentation).
  • Promote services and educate patients of the benefits of oral health.

Qualifications

  • Previous dental office experience preferred but not required.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
