.Net Developer (Temp contract / remote)

Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced .NET Developer for a short-term contract to contribute to the development and enhancement of our software solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in the .NET framework, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment. This role will be building and customizing a .Net Core CMS solutions, integrating API's and debugging site functionality

Schedule: Part time and flexible to work around another job is an option

This position will be remote; however, the candidate must currently reside in Oahu for on-call instances where they need you to come into the office for group huddles, client meetings, etc.

$40 to $45 an hour

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software applications using the .NET framework (ASP.NET, C#, VB.NET, etc.).
• Collaborate with the team to define application architecture and functionality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a .NET Developer, preferably with a portfolio of completed projects.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular/React (optional but preferred).
• Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core/Framework, and VB.NET.
• Familiarity with Azure or other cloud platforms is a plus.
• Understanding of Microsoft SQL Server and database management.
• Knowledge of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
• Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
