Sand Island, Honolulu, Oahu Part-time $18 to $19 an hour

A marine facility is seeking an administrative professional to join their team on a part-time basis and assist with answering phones, welcoming incoming customers, maintaining the company database, and processing payments. This candidate will have previous administrative/clerical experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and can pass a pre-employment drug screen.

This is a part-time position with a Monday to Friday schedule, working 6 hours a day. Parking is available.

Responsibilities

  • Answer phones, take/relay messages, and route phone calls.
  • Greet and welcome incoming customers.
  • Maintain and update customer information in the company database.
  • Take payments over the phone or by virtual terminal.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative/clerical experience.
  • Excellent communication (written, verbal, interpersonal) skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Motivated, detail-oriented, dependable, hardworking, trustworthy.
  • Offer of employment contingent upon passing a state/federal background check and pre-employment drug test.
