Our client is seeking an experienced individual to join their team as an Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will assist with property research, maintaining databases, and assisting with property showings.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of real estate experience and a Hawaii Real Estate license.

$65,000 a year

Responsibilities

  • Research properties for potential listings.
  • Maintain databases and transactions.
  • Provide marketing support.
  • Assist with property showing and management.
  • Generate correspondences accurately.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of real estate experience.
  • Hawaii Real Estate license required.
  • Previous experience in Matrix and MLS software.
  • Knowledge of Apple software including Pages and Numbers is a plus. 
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
