HR Recruiter

A local company is seeking a skilled temporary part-time HR Recruiter to join their Human Resources team and assist with the recruitment process. In this role, you will be responsible for posting job openings, conducting interviews, and assessing if applicants are fit for the organization. This is a temporary role that will start ASAP and go through the end of March 2025.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in recruiting and be proficient with Microsoft Office applications.

Hours

Part-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00am-1:00pm (20-25 hours/week)

Location

Honolulu, Oahu

Pay

$20 an hour

Responsibilities

• Post job openings on various platforms and job boards.
• Correspond with applicants and hiring managers to facilitate the recruitment process.
• Conduct interviews and assess applicants' qualifications and fit for the organization.
• Maintain an organized database of candidates and track recruitment metrics.
• Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist in organizing and participating in job fairs and recruitment events.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruitment or a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
