Responsibilities

  • Communicate effectively via email and phone calls.
  • Assist with light accounting duties.
  • Conduct internet research as needed.
  • Perform data entry.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in typing and 10-key operations.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Comfortable navigating internet browsers.
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
