Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pmLocation

$20 to $24 an hour, Based on ExperienceResponsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness.
- Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging content across various digital platforms.
- Analyze market trends and customer data to optimize campaign performance.
- Manage social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts to increase engagement.
- Coordinate with sales teams to align marketing strategies with sales goals.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Assist in the planning and execution of digital advertising campaigns.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in marketing, graphic design, business management, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in digital marketing and sales coordination.
- Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms (Canva, Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Basic photography, video and editing skills are a plus.
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Up to date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
- Willingness to travel 2-4 times a year for trade shows and business events.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and State and Federal background check.
