Our client is seeking an experienced individual to join their team as a Service Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and accurate communication between managers, administrators, dispatch, and the field.

$22 to $24 an hourResponsibilities
- Ensure efficient and accurate communication between managers, administrators, dispatch, and the field.
- Maintain accurate records of service requests, client interactions, and job progress.
- Create department work order tickets and distribute them to required parties.
- Assist with project proposals and quotes.
- Compile and validate time sheet reports.
- Perform timely and accurate ad hoc reporting, research, and analysis.
- Provide clerical and administrative support as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with scheduling software.
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
