Hours

Full-time, Full-time or Part-time, Monday to Sunday, 8:00am-4:00pm (Various shifts)

Kailua-Kona, Big Island

Pay

$20 an hour, Plus tips

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers at farmers markets and our kitchen trailer, ensuring an exceptional experience.
• Assist the supervisor in preparing food according to orders.
• Deliver food and drinks to the BBQ site and explain the contents to guests.
• Be on standby at the BBQ site, ready to assist guests with any needs.
• Clean equipment, tableware, cookware, and the BBQ site after guests depart.
• Cook and serve simple seafood dishes using a gas grill and kitchen knives.
• Take customer orders at the farm and handle cashier duties efficiently.
• Maintain a clean kitchen and facilities.
• Load and unload equipment and food items, setting up the booth at designated event locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience required.
• Cooking and food prep experience a plus but not required.
• Must obtain a Hawaii Food Handler Card.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
• Ability to work well within a team.
