Warehouse Coordinator

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of a wide range of products. This role is essential in ensuring that warehouse operations are carried out in a smooth and efficient manner. Apply now or meet our team in person. Walk-in applications are taken from 9am-2pm at our Aiea office (located in the Waimalu Shopping Plaza) and our Industrial office in Kaka'ako at 967 Kapiolani Blvd. There is plenty of free and easy parking right at our buildings!

$20 an hour

Responsibilities

• Assist with shipping and receiving by unloading trucks and checking in merchandise.
• Match purchase orders to sales orders and distribute items accordingly.
• Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or other designated areas.
• Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to a predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
• Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed using appropriate computer programs.
• Assist in the counting of physical inventory.
• Complete requisition forms to order supplies from other departments.
• Maintain cleanliness by sweeping, dusting, and mopping.
• Organize the warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of forklift experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in communication and computer skills.
