Can/Keg Line Operator-Beverage Production

Hours

Full-time, 4x10 hour shifts between Monday-Friday 8:00am-6:00pm, or 5X8 hour shifts Monday to Friday 10am-6pm

Location

Kailua-Kona, Big Island

Pay

$23 to $25 an hour

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor canning equipment and the keg line processes.
• Conduct quality checks on cans, kegs, and packages.
• Change over packer and trayer machines for various package sizes.
• Stack cases efficiently.
• Ensure proper labeling and dating of product.
• Perform end of day sanitation/cleaning using system.
• Organize raw material inventory.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues.
• Maintain a clean work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing or production experience a plus.
• Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills. 
• Flexibility to work different shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 75lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Ability to pass pre-employment state and federal background check and drug test.
