A local transportation company is seeking an experienced individual to join their team as a Logistics / Operations Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics operations, ensuring timely dispatch of drivers, and maintaining accurate records of goods.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in logistics and proficiency using logistics software and Microsoft Office applications.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am-3:30pmLocation

$25 to $30 an hourResponsibilities
- Schedule and dispatch drivers for transportation services.
- Track goods and maintain accurate count of stored items.
- Scan paperwork and file documents.
- Assist with daily billing for services rendered.
- Collaborate with the accounting department to collect and manage paperwork for invoicing.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in logistics or transportation industry is a plus.
- Proficiency using logistics software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
