Our client is seeking an experienced individual to join their team as a Field Supervisor. In this role, you will coordinate field operations, manage field crews, and ensure that all projects are completed to the highest standars.
The ideal candidate will be a strong leader and have strong communication skills.

- Oversee tasks of the field crew.
- Conduct daily check-ins with Project Manager.
- Coordinate field operations.
- Maintain company tools and equipment.
- Attend company meetings and trainings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to travel for days at a time.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
- Ability to lead and motivate others.
