A small construction company is seeking an accounting professional to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for bookkeeping, ordering office supplies, and filing documents.

The ideal candidate will have previous bookkeeping experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm or 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay

$20 to $24 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily tracking and bookeeping.
  • Monitor and re-order office supplies.
  • Print, copy, scan and file documents.
  • Perform bookkeeping duties.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous bookkeeping experience required.
  • Experience in Sage 90 preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
