Our client is seeking a Skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join their team. In this role, you will maintain and improve the facilities and grounds of the property.
The ideal candidate will have previous carpentry and grounds maintenance experience.

$25 an hourResponsibilities
- Perform repairs on drywall, including fixing cracks and other damages.
- Construct and repair stairs and other wooden structures within the building.
- Conduct routine grounds maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
- Assist with carpentry and maintenance tasks as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Skilled carpentry experience with a preference for candidates at the Journeyman level.
- Previous experience in carpentry and grounds maintenance.
- Strong analytical, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift over 75lbs.
