Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant & Dispatcher to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling jobs for technicians and ensuring prompt communication within the team. This is a temporary position that will start ASAP and run through January 2025.
The ideal candidate will have previous scheduling and dispatching experience.

Full-time, Monday to Saturday, 8:00am-5:00pmLocation
Airport Area, Honolulu, OahuPay
$18 to $19 an hourResponsibilities
- Schedule jobs for technicians.
- Handle incoming calls, transfer calls, take messages, and ensure prompt communication within the team.
- Receive payments from customers and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with office errands and tasks as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in administrative roles, particularly scheduling and dispatching.
- Proficiency in using Apple products, especially MAC systems.
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
