A popular local company is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time position in Hilo.

Full-time, 8:15am-5:30pm

Pay

$16 an hour

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding and timely customer service.
Maintain knowledge of all company products.
Make product suggestions and recommendations.
Facilitate customer checkout.
Resolve customer requests and concerns in a professional, efficient and timely manner.
Assist with stocking, rotating stock, replenishing, and straightening merchandise displays.
Assist customers with telephone orders.
Maintain the cleanliness of the retail sales area, back stock room, and storage.

Qualifications

Previous customer service skills desired.
Friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
Current TB clearance.
Ability to handle customer complaints and maintain self-control.
Flexibility to work weekends and/or holidays.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
