$16 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding and timely customer service.
  • Maintain knowledge of all company products.
  • Make product suggestions and recommendations.
  • Facilitate customer checkout.
  • Resolve customer requests and concerns in a professional, efficient and timely manner.
  • Assist with stocking, rotating stock, replenishing, and straightening merchandise displays.
  • Assist customers with telephone orders.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the retail sales area, back stock room, and storage.

Qualifications

  • Previous customer service skills desired.
  • Friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Current TB clearance.
  • Ability to handle customer complaints and maintain self-control.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and/or holidays.
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
