Responsibilities

• Oversee financial operations, ensuring accuracy and integrity of financial reporting and tax compliance.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, financial reporting, and tax requirements.
• Manage cost accounting, job costing, and construction project financial management.
• Analyze financial data, problem-solve, and make strategic decisions.
• Implement effective financial controls and processes.
• Provide strategic insights and financial planning support to drive company growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve financial goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• CPA certification required.
• Previous experience with cost accounting, job costing, and construction project financial management.
• Proficient in financial software and ERP systems, preferably Sage 300 Construction and Real Estate. 
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
• Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.
• Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
