- Clean the exterior of the building to keep it looking spick and span.
- Power wash and sanitize different areas to maintain cleanliness.
- Assist with landscaping tasks to enhance the overall appearance.
- Perform basic janitorial duties to ensure a tidy environment.
Qualifications
- Self-motivated individual who can take initiative and work independently.
- At least 6 months of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Ability to lift at least 75lbs without breaking a sweat.
- Previous experience in maintenance or janitorial work is a big plus.
