$50,000 to $80,000 a yearResponsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical systems and components.
- Analyze and test prototypes to ensure functionality and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical systems into larger projects.
- Prepare and review technical drawings using AutoCAD.
- Utilize estimating programs to develop cost projections for projects.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Provide technical support during the manufacturing and installation processes.
- Conduct research to stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in mechanical engineering.
Qualifications
- Experience with AutoCAD for technical drawings.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of mechanical plans and systems.
- Familiarity with estimating programs for cost projections.
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
