Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment? We are looking for a Customer Service Retail Representative to assist a busy retail store in Ala Moana and help create a positive shopping experience for customers. This position will run through the end of the year and has the possibility to extend.
Shifts will vary, but could normally be between 10am and 8pm Sunday through Saturday. Candidates must be able to work at least 30 hours/week.
Pay is dependent on whether or not the candidate is bilingual:
- Japanese-Speaking Bilingual candidates: $19.75/hr.
- Non-bilingual candidates: $16.75/hr.

- Greet and assist customers with a smile and positive attitude.
- Handle cashier duties with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain inventory levels and assist with restocking floor items.
- Answer any questions customers may have and provide helpful product information.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail setting is a must.
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- TB clearance is required for this position.
