Hilo, Big Island Full-time $17 an hour

Seeking a dependable full-time General Office Clerk with a preferred background in QuickBooks to provide daily administrative support in Hilo. In this role you will work in a fast-paced environment handling a variety of office duties such as greeting and assisting guests, answering phones, as well as basic invoicing, cash handling, and pulling of orders.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am-4:00pm & alternating Saturday's 8:00am-12:00pm

Hilo, Big Island

Pay

$17 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Use QuickBooks to handle light accounting duties such as processing transactions and invoices and monitoring account statements.
  • Answer phone calls and assist customers with inquiries.
  • Greet guests and visitors as they arrive.
  • Process and pull orders.
  • Assist with other office duties as needed.

Qualifications

  • Previous Quickbooks and/or accounts payable/receivable experience highly preferred.
  • Must have cash handling experience.
  • Excellent customer service and administrative skills.
  • Reliable with a strong work initiative.
  • Be able to lift 50lbs.
  • Previous management experience a plus.
