A reputable local company is seeking an HR Administrative Assistant to join their team and help with a wide range of tasks including payroll, recruitment activities, and coordinating meetings.
The ideal candidate will have 3 years of HR, payroll, and HRIS software experience.

$23 an hourResponsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate with departments to ensure timeliness of processing and delivery of payroll.
- Coordinate activities related to benefit programs for seasonal employees.
- Coordinate programs required for CDL drivers.
- Maintain records for worker compensation.
- Assist with all contract administration matters.
- Assist with property management activities as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of human resources experience.
- Minimum 3 years of payroll and HRIS software experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of benefit plan provisions and eligibility.
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean abstract.
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
