A reputable local company is seeking an HR Administrative Assistant to join their team and help with a wide range of tasks including payroll, recruitment activities, and coordinating meetings.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of HR, payroll, and HRIS software experience.

Full-time, 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay

$23 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Plan, schedule, and coordinate with departments to ensure timeliness of processing and delivery of payroll.
  • Coordinate activities related to benefit programs for seasonal employees.
  • Coordinate programs required for CDL drivers.
  • Maintain records for worker compensation.
  • Assist with all contract administration matters.
  • Assist with property management activities as needed. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of human resources experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of payroll and HRIS software experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Knowledge of benefit plan provisions and eligibility.
  • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean abstract.
  • Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve.
  • Ability to handle confidential information.
