$70,000 to $90,000 a yearResponsibilities
- Manage project progress, administration, and change management.
- Subcontract management and administration, including defining their scope of work, overseeing the RFI and Submittal process, and monitoring construction progress.
- Assist the Project Superintendent in project start-up activities.
- Review subcontractor's submittals for compliance with the design documents.
- Manage and coordinate inspections, close out process, and coordination amongst the various trades.
- Ability to identify potential risks on project scopes and/or the project.
Qualifications
- Must have at least two - three years previous computer and work experience.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Previous construction experience in a similar role preferred.
- Proven flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
