$50,000 to $65,000 a yearResponsibilities
- Handle various accounting transactions such as deposits, accounts payable invoices, reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Maintain and organize documents.
- Support audit and tax efforts.
- Manage annual insurance audits, renewals, and COI management.
- Oversee subcontractor insurance and payment processes.
- Assist with insurance claims processing, maintaining logs, and compiling financial elements and supporting documentation.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field.
- Previous experience in accounting or finance position.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug test.
