We are seeking a high-level Customer Service Rep for a reputable business. In this role, you will be responsible for answering phone calls and assisting customers with their ordres.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pmLocation
Honolulu, OahuPay
$20 to $22 an hourResponsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email or phone.
- Provide information about products clearly and concisely.
- Assist with processing customer orders.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or 2 years of customer service experience.
- Excellent listening skills and an empathetic voice and manner.
- Highly communicative and able to articulate and write well.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- COVID-19 vaccination required by client for this position. This is not an ALTRES Staffing requirement.
