Revenue Supervisor (Hybrid)

A local company is seeking a Revenue Supervisor to join their team and manage their accounting staff. In this role, you will be responsible for processing credit card payments, reviewing financial transactions, and reconciling accounts.

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of accounting experience, be proficient with Microsoft Office, and have knowledge of POS operations.

Full-time, Monday to Friday

Pay

$60,000 to $70,000 a year

Responsibilities

• Review, research and resolve various credit card inquiries.
• Process credit card payments.
• Oversee daily store audits.
• Maintain and close financial records.
• Review financial transactions.
• Prepare reports and summaries of financial data.
• Perform data entry.
• Perform annual audits and reviews.
• Reconcile accounts and research issues/discrepancies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or accounting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Knowledgeable of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and other regulations.
• Knowledge of POS operations.
• Familiarity with Great Plains software a plus.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work with confidential information.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
