Our client is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team as a Warehouse Admin and assist with store orders, processing purchase orders and credits, and inputting information for invoices. This entry-level position is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their administrative skills.

Hours

Full-time, Monday to Friday, 7:00am-6:00pm (1/2-hour lunch, flexible, 40 hours/week)

$16 to $18 an hour

Responsibilities

  • Assist with store orders.
  • Assist with processing purchase orders and credits.
  • Input information for invoices.
  • Work with vendors and customers while providing high level of customer service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school education preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal).
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure.
  • Possess basic math skills.
  • TB clearance required.
