A local Kama'aina company is looking for an HR Administrative Assistant for their Honolulu office. In this role, you will handle the day-to-day duties of the HR department such as making follow up calls, scheduling appointments, and billing reconciliation.

$20 to $22 an hourResponsibilities
- Assist with daily new hire onboarding process that includes numerous follow up calls, emails, missed appointments, incomplete documents, etc.
- Schedule appointments and handle billing reconciliation.
- Work with various clients to coordinate drug testing and background check administration.
- Ensure all new hire I-9 verifications are completed in a timely and accurate manner.
- Print, copy, scan, file, fax, and email documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent general education degree (GED).
- Previous customer service experience required.
- HR experience preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication (verbal, written, interpersonal) skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to type at least 40 words per minute.
